Description：Colorless or slightly yellow transparent syrup-like liquid, has a strong water absorption ability. Odorless or slightly special smell, a little salty. Miscible in water, ethanol and glycerol. Generally the concentration of 60% -80% (by weight). Uses: Seasoning; pH value regulator (such as for sake); flavor modifier; baked goods (cakes, egg rolls, cookies, etc.) to improve the quality of agent; insulation agent; anti-cold agents; anti-oxidant synergist; emulsion agent.
Limited：
1. FAO/WHO：Jams, jellies, and orange peel jelly (for the maintenance of pH, 2.8-3.5); artificial butter, meat, sugar, edible ice and ice mixture, edible casein consumption are based on normal production than necessary.
