DescriptionMain uses: l-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium (5-mthf), which is a salt-forming methyl derivative naturally produced by folic acid. 5-mthf is also called L-methylfolate, which is the most biologically active folic acid And the functional form is easier to absorb than ordinary folic acid.
