Urea solution for vehicle Industrial Grade

Vehicle urea consumption standard: Take the 32-liter urea tank device for heavy-duty trucks as an example. The vehicle consumes about 100 liters of urea for every 7,200 kilometers traveled, that is, it needs to be refilled every 2,300 kilometers;

During transportation and storage, light and high temperature should be avoided. The transportation temperature and storage temperature should be between -5°C and 25°C, and below -5°C, heat preservation measures should be taken, and cooling above 25°C;

Reserve period:
1) Storage temperature ≤10℃, storage period 36 months;
2) Storage temperature ≤25℃, storage period 18 months;
3) Storage temperature ≤30℃, storage period is 12 months;

Unqualified or heavily polluted urea must be recycled to the manufacturer and processed in a centralized manner. Can not be directly discharged;

In the event of a fire, a large amount of water must be used for cooling to avoid a sharp rise in the pressure of the urea tank. High temperature will cause the decomposition of urea and an explosion;

If it gets into your eyes, wash with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and keep your eyes open when rinsing;

If inhaled inadvertently, if the respiratory tract is tingling or uncomfortable, please transfer the person to fresh air. If the symptoms persist, it is recommended to seek medical treatment and explain that the product ingested is 32.5% urea solution;

If you come into contact with clothing or skin, wash your skin with mild soap and plenty of water. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
