Description
Silicone masterbatch HD-3720 is ploysilicone with 50% high molecular weight siloxanepolymer dispersed in PE resin. Typically used in PE compatible system compounds which has a very high requirement on anti-scratch resistance like TPE, TPV compounds, cable material and automobile materials. Those high performance additives improve the processing properties of those compounds, reduce the melt viscosity and improve flow characteristics. By lowering the extruder torque, dreduce the pressure and COF, and enhance scratch & mar resistance. In addition, that HD-3720 additives can offer a better surface quality.
