【Application Technology】

Before adding JL200 to the batching tank, it needs to be pre-diluted with cold water and stirred to ensure the best uniformity. The finishing liquid must be used immediately, because it is sensitive to sunlight and prolonged storage time will cause precipitation.

The specific dosage of this product depends on the requirements of the material to be finished. The generally recommended dosage varies according to the processing technology and the form of the fabric, and the packaging form is different. For example, wool and knitted fabrics are treated by the liquid dipping method. For woven fabrics, they are generally padded- —Drying—processed by baking method, spraying and absorbing method is adopted for the original heavy carpet. The dosage of the antibacterial agent stock solution is as follows: If the absorption weight of cotton is 100% (that is, 100 kg of cotton fabric, the weight after washing is 200 kg, and the weight gain is 100 kg), then for 100 kg of fabric, add 2 kg of antibacterial agent It is dissolved in 98 kg of water and added to use. After adding, the fabric is first → boiled and desizing → mercerized → dyed → dried → balanced, and then antibacterial treatment is carried out. In order to make the antibacterial effect of the treated fabric durable, it is generally necessary to appropriately increase the amount of antibacterial agent to 2% of the fabric, and The antibacterial agent is firmly combined with the fabric, and a high-temperature baking process should be added after drying. According to the type of fabric, the baking temperature is 150-160°C for 3-7 minutes. Antibacterial finishing can also be treated in the same bath as dyes, waterproofing agents, softeners, and adhesives, but you must pay attention to the ionic types of dyes, waterproofing agents, softeners, etc. Cationic and nonionic additives do not affect the antibacterial properties of the final product Special attention should be paid to the performance if it is anionic, because the cationic antibacterial agent reacts with the anionic auxiliary agent, which will consume the antibacterial agent and affect the antibacterial effect. Before using a large number of auxiliary agents that have not been used in a large amount, they must undergo a small test to see how compatible they are.
