    A  Unsaturatedpolyester resin

    Traditionalunsaturated polyester resin is mainly synthetic by saturated dibasic acid,unsaturated dibasic acid, polyhydric alcohol and styrene . Such unsaturatedpolyester curing processing is anaerobic, namely keep lasting sticky of surfacetouched by air because of oxygenic polyanion reaction, therefore, when used inmaking coating, widely adopt plastic film covering or add paraffin wax to isolateair, and astrict the wide application in coating.   CurrentlyAir Drying Unsaturated Polyester has been widely applied in coating, andappraised by customer.     c)         Improveheat resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical physics resistance,

    d)        Nobecome yellow during drying and aging procedure,

    e)         Candry quickly, and only little styrene vaporizes, reduce VOC content.


    B  AlkydResin

    Adding TMPDE insynthetic alkyd resin procedure can improve some Alkyd character, thereby pushsynthetic alkyd resin to a higher level.

    Recommend to add10% TMPDE weight in Synthetic resin formulation.


    C  PolyurethaneResin

    During Syntheticprocessing of Polyurethane resin, TMPDE can be used in double compositionIsocyanate system, and used in Acylate of Hydroxyl group ----Isocyanate,improving drying character by Allyl Ether functional group.


    D  EpoxyResin

    TMPDE can beapplied in Epoxy surface coating film binding agent, can receive tough coatingwhich is suitable for inner and outer floor surface.


    TMPDE Storage

    It need muchcaution towards TMPDE storage, when TMPDE touch with air or exposure under thesunshine, can easily form peroxide.Recommended highest temperature is 25℃if tank is open,please seal up immediately and clear offensive. odor by inactivegas. If storage time lasts too long, suggest control the peroxide contentbefore using, best way is distillingagain. Over amount of Peroxide content may arouse side reaction, make resincolor deeper, and make viscidity Unsaturatedpolyester arises up too quickly.
