Detailed description
Epoxy zinc-rich anti-rust paint is the main type of zinc-containing anti-corrosion anti-rust primer. The paint is developed for steel structure substrates that cannot be sandblasted and derusted, and requires zinc-rich primers. It has excellent adhesion and rust resistance.

3. Applicable working conditions of epoxy zinc-rich antirust paint
Substrate: Bare steel (ie, steel and iron surfaces that are not painted and phosphated)

5.1 Construction conditions of epoxy zinc-rich antirust paint
The substrate temperature is not lower than 5℃, and at least 3℃ higher than the air point temperature (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate). Usually good ventilation is required to ensure that the paint dries properly.
Construction method of epoxy zinc-rich antirust paint
Spraying: Airless spraying or air spraying. High-pressure airless spraying is recommended. Pay attention to adjust the paint viscosity and air pressure when using air spray. The thinner should not exceed 10%, otherwise it will affect the performance of the coating.
Brushing: It is recommended for pre-coating and small-area coating, but it must reach the specified dry film thickness.
