It has excellent heat resistance and sudden change in temperature difference, and can withstand 250℃ high temperature for a long time: and has excellent corrosion resistance, chemical atmosphere resistance, weather aging resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance and electrical insulation, self-drying and curing at room temperature, rapid drying, Easy construction.
Designed use: It is used for the steel chimney as the sign coating and the metal surface that needs high temperature resistance. Color: topcoat, white, big red. Gloss, semi-gloss.
Construction method: high-pressure airless spraying, air spraying, manual brushing, roller coating. Thinner: WE61-250 special thinner for topcoat.
Note: The curing agent should be sealed and stored immediately after use to prevent failure. When the coating interval between primers is long, zinc salts must be removed before overcoating. During the construction in the high-temperature season, in order to prevent the dry spraying of the primer, a certain amount of thinner (to not exceed 30% of the total amount of paint) must be added until the dry spraying is adjusted.
