Coating method: high pressure airless spray, air spray, hand brush, roller coating

Pre-coating: h06-1-1 epoxy zinc rich primer, e06-1-1 inorganic zinc rich primer.

Coating interval:

Substrate temperature of 5 ℃, the shortest 48 h, 14 d longest; The substrate temperature is 20 ℃, the shortest 24 h, the longest 7 d;

Substrate temperature 30 ℃, the shortest 12 h, the longest 3 d;

Storage method:

Storage: must be stored in accordance with state regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well ventilated, avoid high temperature and stay away from fire source. The packing container must be sealed.

Storage period: 12 months. After that, it should be checked and used.

Notes:

The substrate temperature must be higher than 3 ℃ above the dew point, relative humidity should be less than 85%; Construction of the substrate temperature below 5 ℃, epoxy resin and curing agent to stop the reaction, cannot undertake the construction.

After coating construction, should wait for lacquer film completely cure, can put into use; If more than the maximum repainting interval, the front paint surface should be roughened and then coated to ensure the adhesion of the paint film.

Safety: to avoid long-term inhalation of vapor or mist, skin, eye may not be in contact with this product, in the narrow Spaces or stagnant air construction, forced ventilation must be provided, the construction should be worn when good protective gear.
