This defoamer is designed specially for solving the foams which formed in the slurry system of flue gas desulfurization, it has good transparency, water-solubility, and long lasting foam suppressing effect, thus, this defoamer can control well the liquid level of the absorber tower, getting rid of the situation of inflated liquid level height which caused by foams, preventing from the slurry flowing backward, and reducing the blocking problem of heat exchanger(GGH) which caused by the heat from the foams.

Instruction:

1. Please do test before application to confirm the applicability.

2. Gently stirring before using.

3. Dosage: Generally, the dosage is 5~40g/day for each ton. The actual dosage should be determined through the actual test (in the case of normal operation). For the first time adding this defoamer, please add the defoamer fast one time, for the following operation, please add the defoamer each 24 hours. The actual dosage is affected by the foam fluid composition, smoke gas, the composition of coal and combustion condition, absorbent, and sulfur dioxide. 

Packaging:

1. Packing: 60KG, 200KG, 1000KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.

2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around 25℃.

3. The shelf life is about 12 months.

4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
