Potassium Sorbate E202 is the potassium salt form of Sorbic Acid E200, recognized as one of the safest and most widely used E-series food preservatives globally. Compared with Sorbic Acid E200, Potassium Sorbate E202 features excellent water solubility, easy dispersion and convenient application.

Potassium Sorbate E202 exerts strong inhibitory effects on mold, yeast and aerobic bacteria, effectively preventing food and feed spoilage. It retains the original flavor, color and nutrition of products without peculiar smell, suitable for most acidic and neutral food systems.
