Product Application
Cationic PAM, copolymerized by cations monomer and acrylamide, is a water-soluble and linear organic polymer with high molecular weight.
Application:
As a flocculafifig agent, mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, including settlement, clarification, concentrate and sludge dewatering processes. The main applications sectors are; urban sewage treatment, paper making, food processing, petrochemical, metallurgical miner dressing, dyeing,sugar making and all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment.In the paper industry, used as dry strength agents, retention agents,and filter aids, which can greatly improve paper quality, save cost and improve the production capacity, For the past few years,used as the chemical material in the oil field,such as the anti-clayswlling agent, Acidification thickening agent, Oil waste water treatment agent, etc.
Usage:
Being used, PAM should be dissolved in solution of 0.1-0.2%,If not use the matched dissolving and dosing system, a solution should be put in the diluted cans. Practice on machine via screw pump and adjust the amount according to the actual situation.

Anionic PAM, copolymerized by acrylamide and acrylate monomer, is a ultrahigh super high molecular weight polymer, that is, 30 million minimum, it has great adsorption-bridge effect. Nonionic PAM, is homopolymer formed of acrylamide,with high purity, good solubility, high molecular weight. This series of products are with high molecular weight polymer and liner polymer low ion degree, Because of its special groups, and endow it with flocculation and dispersion, thickening and bonding, film, gel, stable colloidal.
Sewage treatment agent: When sewage shows acidic suspension use as flocculant with best efforts. Especially with the use of inorganic flocculant with best efforts.
Textile industry: Add some other chemicals may be formulated into a chemical slurry, for textile sizing.
Sand control and sand-fixation: At a certain concentration by adding cross-linking agent, spraying in the desert, the Solidified films can control and fixing sand. In arid areas, can be used as agents of soil moisture, can also be used in the construction industry, construction glue, interior wall paint and so on.
