It is mainly used for dyeing of loose wool, wool tops and fabrics. Generally used to dye black, not gray. It can also be used for dyeing silk, nylon, leather, etc. The pure product can also be used as an indicator agent. The wool fabric pretreated with chromium acetate can be printed directly with this product. Dyeing should adopt the post-mordant method, and the amount of chromium salt should not be large, generally 1%-1.5% of the weight of the dyed product.
