Than carew amine is a kind of nonsteroidal androgen antagonist, and competition of androgen receptor, androgen blockade cellular uptake of androgens, inhibiting the combination of androgen and target organs, is formed after the product with the androgen receptor receptor complexes, and into the cell nucleus, combined with nucleoprotein, thus inhibiting tumor cell growth;  It can be used as the first line of palliative treatment for advanced prostate cancer.  Dosage: Adult: Adult male including elderly: one tablet (50mg), once daily, should be initiated with LHRH analogue or surgical orchiectomy.  Children: This product is not used on children.  Renal impairment: Dose adjustment is not required for patients with renal impairment.  Liver damage: There is no need to adjust the dose for patients with mild liver damage. Accumulation may occur in patients with moderate to severe liver damage (see precautions).  Note: This product is widely metabolized in liver Chemicalbook.  Data suggest that drug clearance may be slowed in patients with severe liver damage, which may lead to accumulation.  Therefore, this product should be used with caution for patients with moderate or severe liver injury.  Liver changes may occur and regular liver function tests should be considered.  Major changes generally occur within the first 6 months of treatment.  Severe changes in liver function are rarely seen in the treatment of this product (see adverse reactions).  Discontinue treatment if serious changes occur.  This product shows inhibition of cytochrome P450 (CYP3A4) activity and should therefore be used with caution when combined with drugs primarily metabolized by CYP3A4 (see contraindications and drug interactions).  Pregnancy and breastfeeding: this product should not be used in women, not to use in pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers.  Effect on ability to drive and operate machine: This product does not affect patient's ability to drive and operate machine.
