Deta ils:  Abaloparatide is an analog of human pTHrP (1-34). It is a potent and selective activator of the parathyroid hormone receptor (PTH1R) signaling pathway and can stimulate bone formation with less of the accompanying bone resorption and hypercalcemic effects that can occur with pTH (1-34).   Abaloparatide can be  used in research for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who have a high risk of bone fracture .
