Chemical properties: white crystal or crystalline powder. Melting point 41-45℃. Solubility in water is 40g/L, slightly soluble in alcohol, benzene, ethylene glycol, carbon tetrachloride, and dioxane, and almost insoluble in ether and acetone. Loss of crystal water means liquefaction, and the aqueous solution is unstable. Odorless, slightly bitter taste. Uses antineoplastic drugs. It is effective in malignant lymphoma and also has certain effects on acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It is also effective on chronic lymphocytic leukemia, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, testicular cancer, multiple myeloma, neuroblastoma, head and neck cancer and It is also effective for colon cancer, etc. This product also has immunosuppressive effects. Used for nephrotic condensation syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis. This product is toxic, with an oral LD50 of 35094 mg/kg in mice. Uses immunosuppressants and anti-tumor drugs. Usage A cytotoxic nitrogen mustard derivative widely used in cancer chemotherapy

Cyclophosphamide Monohydrate is a nitrogen mustard alkylating agent that attaches alkyl groups to the guanine bases of DNA. Cross-links with DNA, causing DNA strand breaks and causing mutations. Has cytotoxic effects.
