    Diethanolamine (abbreviated as DEA, CAS:111-42-2, molecular formula C₄H₁₁NO₂) is a colorless or pale yellow viscous transparent amino alcohol liquid manufactured via high-pressure catalytic ammoniation reaction of ethylene oxide and liquid ammonia followed by precise continuous rectification separation. Our industrial specification reaches minimum 99% purity, featuring dual hydroxyl and amino functional groups in molecular structure, outstanding water solubility, miscibility with alcohols, ketones and most polar organic solvents, strong alkalinity and excellent selective absorption capacity for acidic gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. The finished product owns stable chemical property under normal temperature, superior emulsification, dispersion and saponification performance, with strictly controlled low moisture, monoethanolamine and triethanolamine residual impurities after multi-stage refined distillation.     Applications
    **Surfactant & Detergent Raw Material (Core Downstream Field)**: Key intermediate for synthesizing nonionic and anionic surfactants including alkanolamide, fatty acid diethanolamide, coconut oil DEA and lauramide DEA. These finished surfactants possess powerful foaming, thickening and oil removal capacity, widely added into laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, industrial heavy-duty degreaser, shampoo and body wash formulas to boost cleaning efficiency, stabilize foam system and optimize product viscosity. It is also used for producing emulsifier used in textile oil agent and pesticide emulsifiable concentrate.
    **Petroleum & Natural Gas Acid Gas Absorption Treatment**: The most common absorbent for natural gas, refinery tail gas and coal chemical syngas desulfurization and decarbonization process. DEA selectively absorbs H₂S and CO₂ inside absorption tower under normal or low temperature; after heating regeneration, acidic gas is separated and collected for sulfur recovery while regenerated DEA solution cycles back for repeated absorption use, effectively purifying raw industrial gas to meet pipeline transportation and subsequent chemical processing standards, greatly reducing harmful sulfur emission.
    **Textile Printing & Dyeing Auxiliary Production**: Applied as pH regulator, fiber softener and dye leveling agent in textile processing.
