Diethanolamine (abbreviated as DEA, CAS:111-42-2, molecular formula C₄H₁₁NO₂) is a colorless or pale yellow viscous transparent amino alcohol liquid manufactured via high-pressure catalytic ammoniation reaction of ethylene oxide and liquid ammonia followed by precise continuous rectification separation.
