Product Indications

Product Usage and Dosage

Local infiltration or nerve block anesthesia, oral submucosal injection. Please draw back the blood before injection to check whether it enters the blood vessel by mistake, especially during nerve block anesthesia. The injection speed shall not exceed 1ml / min. Adults: the appropriate dose must be injected according to the needs of the operation. For general surgery, the dosage is usually 1 / 2 ~ 1 or as directed by the doctor. The maximum dosage of articaine hydrochloride shall not exceed 7Mg / kg body weight. Children over 4 years old: different doses must be used according to the child's age, weight and type of operation. The maximum dosage of articaine hydrochloride shall not exceed 5mg / kg body weight. Product Adverse Reaction

Similar to other oral anesthetics, overdose or some patients who have used the drug before may have the following clinical symptoms: 1 Central nervous system: Neuroticism, irritability, yawning, tremor, fear, nystagmus, multilingualism, headache, nausea, tinnitus, etc. In case of the above symptoms, pay attention to the patient's respiratory condition and closely monitor to prevent the deterioration of the condition caused by central nervous system inhibition or epilepsy; 2. Respiratory system: breathing too fast and then too slowly may lead to apnea; 3. Cardiovascular system: tachycardia, bradycardia, cardiovascular depression and arterial hypotension may lead to collapse, arrhythmia (ventricular premature beats, ventricular fibrillation), conduction block (atrioventricular block), etc. the above cardiac symptoms may lead to cardiac arrest. 4. Product Drug Interaction

This product is not recommended to be combined with other drugs. 1. Because this product contains adrenaline, it should not be used together with guanidine drugs (for the treatment of glaucoma), otherwise it may lead to a significant increase in blood pressure (increased reactivity due to the decrease of sympathetic nerve tension and / or inhibit the entry of adrenaline into sympathetic nerve fibers). If combination is unavoidable, low doses of sympathomimetic drugs (epinephrine) should be used with caution. 2. Because this product contains adrenaline, it should not be combined with volatile halogenated anesthetics, otherwise it may lead to serious ventricular arrhythmia (increase cardiac response). If combination is unavoidable, low doses of sympathomimetic drugs (epinephrine) should be used carefully, such as less than 0.1mg in 10 minutes or less than 0.3mg in 1 hour in adults. 3. It should not be combined with 5-hydroxytryptamine and noradrenergic antidepressants (such as imipramine, citalopram and venlafaxine), otherwise it may lead to paroxysmal hypertension or associated arrhythmia (inhibit the entry of adrenaline or noradrenaline into sympathetic nerve fibers). If combination is unavoidable, low doses of sympathomimetic drugs (epinephrine) should be used carefully, such as less than 0.1mg in 10 minutes or less than 0.3mg in 1 hour in adults. 4. It should not be combined with non selective or "a" selective monoamine oxidase inhibitors (the former such as phenylethylhydrazine, the latter such as moclobemide, toloxadone, etc.) antidepressants, otherwise it may increase the pressor effect of adrenaline.
