Product description: Sodium tripolyphosphate, also known as pentasodium phosphate, sodium pyrometaphosphate, STPP, pentasodium tripolyphosphate. White powdery crystal, good fluidity, relative molecular weight 367.Chemicalbook 86, melting point 622ºC, easily soluble in water, and its aqueous solution is alkaline. It is commonly used in food as moisture retention agent, quality improver, pH regulator, and metal chelating agent.
