Properties: It is pale yellow crystal or powder, soluble in water, not soluble in alcohol, decomposes when meeting acid and release strongly toxic hydrogen cyanide gas. When heated to 70 , it will lose the crystalline water and turn to red. Burned violently, it will decompose and release nitrogen.

Application :
Food grade is mainly used as food additive, such as: anti-caking agent in table salt or used to remove heavy metal ions (iron, copper, zinc, etc. ) from wine, soy protein...

Industry grade is mainly used to produce iron blue and potassium ferricyanide, or used in paint, printing ink, coloring matter, leather industry, pharmacy, heat treatment of metal, metallurgy and other industries.
Chemical reagent (Extra Pure) grade is mainly used in high-tech fields such as microelectronics, aerospace.
