3 ） Product   Packaging   and   Specification

Product  adopts  double-layer  packing,  the  inner  packing  is  polyethylene  plastic  film  bag    and  the    outer    is   polypropylene   coated   woven   bag.   The   net   weight   of each   bag   is   25kg.   When   packing,   the   inner   layer   is   tied   with   nylon rope or other rope of   comparable quality, and the outer woven bag   is   sewn   with   a bag- sewing   machine.

Also, HCCL also provide customized packaging.

Tons of   packaging   can be used too, the   size   of   the   container   and the   net   weight   per   bag   can   be   negotiated   based   on the user's requirements.

Packaging and transporta tion:   Stainless   steel tanker, ship, plastic drum.

Appearance: White flaky, deliquescen t easily. Or colorless transparent   liquid.   Solubility:   Soluble in water, alcohol, glycerin and slightly   soluble   in   ether.

5 Application

Product is mainly used in dyes, medicine, food,   deter gents, batteries,   cosmetics,   agricultural   chemicals,   etc.

6 Using   conditions , methods   and   Cautions

6.   1 Product is recommended to   operate in   a   closed   environme nt, pay   attention   to   ventilation,   and   be   mechanized   and   automated as much as possible.   Safety showers a nd   eyewash   equipment   are required.

6.2 When preparing the   solution, the KOH should be injected in to   the water, not   the   water   into   the   KOH.

6.3   Operators   should   wear   chemical   safety   glasses,   rubber   acid   and   alkali   resistant   gloves,   resist   acid   and   alkali   resistant clothing when operating.   Smo king, eating and   drinking   are prohibited   at the work   site.

7 Storage   and   Transportation   note

7.2 Storage

1 ） It   should   be   stored   in   a   dry   and   clean   warehouse .

2 ） It needs   to be protected   from   moisture   and   rain,   and   stored   separately   f rom   flammable   or   combustible   materials

and   acids.

3 ） Please   load   carefully   and   lightly   to   prevent package   and   contai ners   damaged.   Protect yourselves   in   packing   and   handling.

Taboos: acids, carbon dioxide, acid anhydr ide,   acyl   chloride,   flammable   and   combustible materials.

7.4 First   Aid   Measures

Skin:   Immediately,   take   off   all   contaminated   clothing,   flush   skin   with   plenty   of water   for   at   least  15minutes   while removing. and get medical aid   immediate ly.

Eyes: Immediately lift the eyelids, rins e with plenty   of   running water   or normal   saline   for   at   least   15 minutes,   and cover with sterile gauze.   G et medical   aid immediately.

Inhalation:   Remove   from   exposure   and   move   to   fresh   air   immediately.   keep   the   airway   open.   if breathing   is   difficult,   give   oxygen.   if breathing   ha s   ceased   apply   artificial   respiration   using   oxygen   and   a   suitable   mechanical   device such as a bag  and   a   mask.   Get   medical   aid   immediately.

Ingestion: If   swallowed by mistake, rinse mouth with water, give milk or egg   white;   when   the   patien t   loses   consciousness or cannot swallow,   do not put anything i n   their mouth.   Go   to   the   hospital   for   medical   treatment.     Spills: Isolate contaminated areas and restrict access.   It is   recommend ed   that   emergency   responders wear

self-contained positive pressure breathing apparatus and acid-alkali-proof   work clothes. Do not   com e   into   direct

contact with spillage. Cut off   source s of   leaks as   much   as possible.   Small   spills:   Collect   with   clean   tools   in   a   dry,

clean, covered container. It can also be washed with plenty   of   wate r, diluted   with   the   washing   water   and put   into   the

waste water system. Larg e spills: Recycle   or transport to   a waste   disposal   site   for   disposal.
