This product is a mineral oil polymer emulsion lubricant, which can improve the rheology of the coating, thereby reducing the wear of the scraper and prolonging the service life of the scraper; greatly reducing the friction coefficient of the coating, thereby improving the dust resistance of the paper.

3.Dosage:

It can be combined with inorganic pigments well, the amount is small, and it has a good lubricating effect when used at a temperature of 30-150°C. Good mechanical stability, suitable for high-speed coated paper machines. Improve the smoothness and gloss of paper to a certain extent. Extend the service life of the coating blade.

Instructions:

The additive amount is 0.3-0.6% of the absolute dry amount of the pigment.

It is recommended to add it after the coating water resistant agent, and stir at low speed when adding, for 5-10 minutes.
