1、 Product introduction:

Graphite fluoride is a kind of graphite interlayer compound produced by direct reaction of carbon and fluorine. Graphite fluoride is a new functional material with low surface free energy and good thermal and chemical stability. Graphite fluoride is a solid, structural and non stoichiometric fluorocarbon experimental formula (CFx) n. The reaction temperature depends on the type of raw materials, reactor design, end use and expected degree of fluorination.

2、 Technical advantages:

Our company has independently developed a fluorine gas internal circulation process to be used in the fluorination reactor. High temperature synthesis method (dry method) is used to prepare graphite fluoride. We have independently developed a reactor with unique structure and automatic control, which has anti-corrosion, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high concentration of fluorine gas atmosphere. This has solved the problem of graphite fluoride process and made production more safe. Various fluorocarbon ratios and particle sizes of the product are controllable, close to the theoretical value of fluorocarbon ratio (1.25); Non graphite fluorinated carbon can reach 1.28.
