PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

XY-5400 defoamer is a mineral oil-based defoamer, mainly recommended for water-based architectural coatings, waterproof coatings, water-based wood paints, paper coating, water-based inks, and water-based adhesives.

FRATURES

● The substance components of the antifoam do not contain the substances listed in the SVHC list of the REACH Regulation.

● The anti-foaming effect is stable during the storage period;

●It has strong defoaming and anti-foaming properties, and has good compatibility with application systems (coatings, water-based inks, paper coating coatings, and water-based adhesives).

● Composed of Mineral oils, waxes, fatty acid amides and dispersants

HOW TO USE

● XY-5400 defoamer is composed of a variety of substances, and there may be layers or a little precipitation during the storage period, which is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended that users stir a little before use, which will not affect the use effect (the stirring speed is 30rpm-60rpm).

● This product cannot be diluted with water. If it is diluted with water, it may cause stratification, reduce the effect of defoaming and suppressing foam, and eventually lead to an increase in the cost of use. The company is not responsible for this.

● When this product is used on site, it is recommended to choose a place where the defoamer is easy to disperse and add it. The recommended dosage is 0.1-1% of the total mass of the formula.

PACKAGE AND STORAGE

This product is made of 25KG plastic drum, or customized according to customer requirements. This product should be stored in a dry and cool place, not exposed to sunlight or near heat sources. If it is on fire, extinguish it according to the general petroleum product method.

Unopened packaging at the recommended storage temperature (5℃~40℃) has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
