      Oxalic acid  


    Oxalic acid is an organic substance. Chemical form H₂C₂O₄. It is a metabolic product of living organisms. Binary weak acid. It is widely distributed in plant, animal, and fungal bodies, and performs various functions in different living organisms. Studies have found that more than 100 kinds of plants are rich in oxalic acid, especially spinach, amaranth, beet, purslane, taro, sweet potato, rhubarb and other plants have the highest content.
