    Dyeing grade sodium alginate

Sodium alginate has a long history as warp sizing, finishing and printing paste, but it is mainly used in printing paste. Sodium alginate is used as an active dye paste with unique properties. The chemical reaction between the fiber and the reactive dye is carried out to fix the dye on the fiber. The printing paste used in the dyeing process should not interfere with or participate in the chemical reaction bonding. If the color paste participates in the reaction, it will be fixed on the fiber, which causes the dyed fiber to feel hard, brittle, and poor color. When sodium alginate is used as printing paste, it does not affect the dyeing process of reactive dyes and fibers, and at the same time, the printing pattern is clear, bright, high color supply and good hand feel. Sodium alginate is not only suitable for cotton printing color, but also suitable for wool, silk, synthetic fiber printing.

Medium and low viscosity sodium alginate are suitable for printing from screen printing to drum printing printing paste requirements. In fact, the preparation of printing paste with low viscosity sodium alginate is relatively stable, which makes it possible to prepare a printing paste with a higher content, which can lead to a dense film during the drying process and increase the color rate.
