    E305 is a kind of lotion thickening, emulsifying and stabilizing agent. SEPIGEL 305 has the advantages of rapid dissolution and expansion. It can be prepared into gel in an instant. It is a new material that can produce cream without neutralization at normal temperature and high temperature. It can emulsify all kinds of oils without considering its HLB value. It can also disperse pigments and physical sunscreen. It can be combined with other traditional emulsifiers or used alone to prepare various skin care creams, cream gel and other products. The cream made from it has bright appearance, excellent touch, soft and smooth.

    Product performance 
    1. Without preheating, heating and other special equipment, it can be directly added in any step of the emulsification stage. It is suitable for manufacturers without premixing and heating equipment or products with heat-resistant active substances added.
    2. It can maintain the stability of viscosity in the pH value range of 3.5-11.5, and is especially suitable for products containing acid such as fruit acid or other active ingredients.
    3. It can emulsify various oils (such as vegetable oil, polar and non-polar oils) without heating and other steps.
    4. It is used in the formula with high silicone oil content to make the silicone oil stable in the formula for a long time.
    5. It can stabilize the organic and inorganic pigments in the formula; It can effectively thicken the formula containing 40% alcohol and other organic solvents and polyols.
    6. Resistant to shear, the viscosity remains stable after a long time of shear; And the viscosity remains stable after long-term exposure to ultraviolet light.

    Application fields

    - Cream, milk, cream like gel. 

    - Foundation cream and sunscreen containing pigment and inorganic sunscreen.
    - Formula containing polar solvent, alcohol and polyol. 4. Formula containing silicone oil and fruit cream.

    Usage

    1. Cold mixing process: mix Ben 305 and oil phase material evenly, add water phase, moderate material and stir.

    2. Hot mixing process: heat the oil phase and the water phase to 75-80 ° C respectively, add the oil phase to the water phase under stirring, cool it to 60 ° C after homogenization, add ben305 into the emulsion being stirred, properly homogenize and stir for 15-20 minutes.
