Function	Lacto-N-trioseⅡ (LNTII), as one of the universal core skeletons of breast milk oligosaccharides, is also the direct precursor of lactose-N-tetrasaccharide and lactose-N-neotetrasaccharide, which is of great significance in the synthesis of two tetrasaccharides and other complex breast milk oligosaccharides 【1】. LNTII can specifically stimulate immune activation, especially the activation of NK cells【2】.
