Polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether azide (mPEG-N3) is a functional PEG reagent that can modify the polymer by adding N3 groups to the end of the molecular chain, thereby increasing its functionality and application range. The reagent can improve the hydrophilicity and solubility of polymer synthesis, so it has a wide range of applications in biomedicine, materials science and other fields. In addition, mPEG-N3 can also be used for biological orthogonal reactions, such as copper-free click reactions with dibenzocycloctene (DBCO), to form covalent bonds and thus interact with functional biological systems. It should be noted that mPEG-N3 is only suitable for scientific research experiments and should not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment
