Characteristics:

1.Smell fragrant, taste very bitter. It can produce lots of foam when shaking.

2.Geramine has broad spectrum biocides against bacteria, fungi, algae.

3.Geramine can efficiently withhold algae propagation and sludge reproduction. It has dispersing and penetrating property, can penetrate and remove sludge and algae.

4.Even under the different range of PH value, Benzalkonium chloride has strong biocide ability, as it can be used both in acidic and alkaline conditions, which is best in alkaline conditions.

APPLICATION:

 Benzalkonium Chloride 80% solution is cationic surfactant, which is a kind of non-oxidative bactericide. Benzalkonium chloride raw material has little toxicity, no accumulation toxicity, and is easy to dissolve in water, and is not affected by water hardness. Benzalkonium Chloride 80% Solution is used as bactericide and algaecide, the dosage is generally 50-100 mg / L; as slime stripping agent, the dosage is 200-300 mg / L, and appropriate amount of organosilicon defoamer can be added when necessary. Benzalkonium chloride can be used in combination with other fungicides, such as isothiazolinone, glutaraldehyde, dithiocyanomethane, etc., which can play a synergistic role, but not with chlorophenols.
Do note: Benzalkonium Chloride 80% Solution shall not be mixed with anionic surfactants such as polyacrylic acid . 

Precautions:
1.Forbidden to usage compatibility With anionic surfactant, salts disinfectant, iodine agents, iodine agents, peroxides. The operator should be sure to rinse your hands with water after washing with soap before using the products.

2.The preparations wrappers should be fitted with PET/HDPE.

3.During the process of making preparations, it needs the heating equipment for the 95% solution. when you fill the dilution into the container, the foam will be produced. Therefore, the self-priming filling machine is not appropriate.

4.The requirement of water quality: deionized water would be best. Don't make it with the tap-water of high hardness.
