    Description NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a coenzyme that transfers hydrogen ions. NAD+ is the oxidized form of NADH.

    In vitro studies NAD + is a coenzyme composed of ribosyl nicotinamide 5' -diphosphate, which is linked to adenosine 5' -phosphate by pyrophosphate bonds. NAD + is the oxidized form of NADH [1]. NAD + is widely found in nature and is involved in many enzymatic reactions, in which it is used as an electron carrier by alternating oxidation (NAD +) and reduction (Nadide) [2].
    In vivo studies oral NAD + supplements have been used to combat simple fatigue as well as mysterious and energy-consuming disorders such as chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia [3].
