Physical and chemical properties	Density: relative density 1.455(20 ℃) boiling point: 110(0.13Pa)℃ refractive index: 1.5466 properties: this product is a light yellow solid. Dissolution: The solubility in water at 20 ℃ is 20mg/L, which can be miscible with many organic solvents. Uses: This product is a non-systemic broad-spectrum organophosphorus insecticide, has the effects of contact and stomach toxicity, and can prevent harmful insects and mites in cotton and vegetable fields. Dosage (based on active ingredients): 250~500g/ha for pricking insects and mites and 400~1200g/ha for chewing insects. For example, the dosage for controlling cotton bollworm is 480~600g/ha. Preparation or source: From the reaction of O-ethyl-S-propylthio phosphoryl chloride with 4-bromo-2-chlorophenol, in the presence of acid binding agent, profenofos is obtained. The preparations include: 40% milk Oil and 20% synergistic milk Oil. Remarks: It is relatively stable under natural and slightly acidic conditions, and unstable under alkaline conditions. Acute oral toxicity lD50 was 358mg/kg in rats and 700mg/kg in rabbits. Acute percutaneous LD50 in rats is about 3300mg/kg, while that in rabbits is 472mg/kg. There is slight irritation to rabbit skin and moderate irritation to eyes. Toxic to bees. Packaging, storage and transportation: the packaging of 40% milk Oil and 20% synergistic milk Oil shall be implemented according to GB3796 and GB4638.
