Physical and chemical properties	Density: 1.35(20 ℃) melting point: 220~222 ℃ vapor pressure: greater than 0.13mPa(20 ℃) toxic LD50(mg/kg): rat acute oral LD50:3387 (original drug), rat acute percutaneous LD50>3100 (original drug). Acute inhalation of LC50(4d) in rats was 2720mg/LAir. No irritation to rabbit eyes, slight irritation to rabbit skin. For blue gill fish, catfish, rainbow trout, carp LC50(96h) greater than 100mg/L. Non-toxic to bees. Character: pure product is colorless crystal dissolution: solubility (20 ℃): 11000mg/L(pH7.5) in water, slightly soluble in methanol. Uses: This product is a 1,3, 5-triazine insect growth regulator. It has special activity on Diptera larvae and has a systemic conduction effect. It induces Diptera larvae and pupae to be deformed in morphology, and adults are completely or inhibited under eclosion. Soak or spray at 1g(a. I.)/l to prevent mercerized green flies from sheep; add to chicken feed (5mg/kg) to prevent fly larvae on chicken manure, or to locally treat fly larvae at 0.5g/m2 where flies reproduce; control leaf miner flies on ornamental plants and vegetables at 15-30g/hl; spraying 15g/hl on chrysanthemum leaves can prevent L.trifolii of Liriomyza sativae. 75g/ha is used to control leafy flies (cucumber, tomato) in greenhouse crops. The soil was treated with 650g/ha granules alone to control Liriomyza, with an effective period of about 80 days. Preparation or source: cyanourea chloride, cyclopropylamine and sodium hydroxide are stirred and reacted in chlorobenzene at 10 ℃ for 1.5h, then placed at room temperature for 16h to obtain 2-cyclopropylamine -4, 6-dichloro-triazine. The compound is added to Dioxane and ether, cooled to room temperature, 25% ammonia water is added dropwise, and the reaction temperature is heated to 50 ℃. Stirring for 16h to obtain 2-cyclopropylamino-4-chloro6-amino-triazine, which is placed in an autoclave, reacted with ammonia in Dioxane, and reacted at 140 ℃ for 24h to obtain trimethamine. Remarks: Stability; Stable below 310 ℃, hydrolysis is not obvious at pH5 ~ 9. No hydrolysis was observed below 70 ℃ for 28 days. Category: Pesticide
