4: How long does it take to make delivery?
Usually within 20 days after receiving deposit.
5: What's your normal package of textile dyes?
Our usual packing is 25KG carton box with Pallet, and we can customize special packing as per your requirements.

7: How many free samples you can provide? Does Mass products quality keep same with samples?
We usually offer 20g free samples for each item. If you want more, welcome to discuss with our customers service center. Sure we will keep in accordance with small samples, we are honest suppliers.
8: What's your usual payment terms?
TT In Advance, L/C at sight, DP and DA, But DP or DA for established clients.
9: Can you customize dyestuff I need ?
