Antimicrobial therapy: Hitachimycin has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and has inhibitory effects on many gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Therefore, it can be used to treat various bacterial infections, such as respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, etc.

Anti-tumor therapy: Studies have shown that Hitachimycin has anti-tumor activity and can inhibit the growth and proliferation of tumor cells. Therefore, it may have potential as an anti-tumor drug.
