Product Feature

The flame retardant is a nitrogen-based halogen-free flame retardant, compliant with the EU RoHS environmental regulations.

This halogen-free PET flame retardant operates on the principle of flame retardant by reducing heat and cooling, followed by releasing nitrogen to dilute flammable gases after combustion for flame inhibition. Thirdly, it forms a char layer to isolate air and achieve flame retardant. Its flame retardant performance can meet the UL-V0 standard.

The sublimation temperature is as high as 450°C, resulting in high temperature resistance during processing, excellent heat stability, low smoke emission, and it does not fade, frost, maintaining good brightness.

Product Application:

This product is mainly used as flame retardant in PET slicing applications, such as polyester spinning, films, wigs, etc. It can also be used in PET extrusion(pipe, sheet), PET injection.
