N-fluorene-methoxycarbonyl l-alanine, also known as (S)-2-((((9h-fluorene-9-yl) methoxy) carbonyl) amino) propionic acid, is an amino acid derivative that can be protected by L-alanine via Fmoc. It has been reported that it can be used to prepare an aromatic heterocyclic derivative (S)-5-(1-aminoethyl)-2-(3-(cyclopropyl methoxy) -4-methoxyphenyl)-N-(2, 4-difluorobenzyl) thiazole-4-formamide hydrochloride, and the drug composition containing the compound has a good affinity for PDE4. In particular, it has a good therapeutic effect on chronic respiratory obstruction (refer to relevant literature)
