2-azadicyclic [2.2.1] hept-5-ene-3-ketone has a certain solubility in water and alcohol organic solvents, and has a certain ring tension and chemical reactivity due to its molecular structure containing intra - ring double bonds and a lactam structure. The presence of double bonds allows the substance to undergo hydrogenation under appropriate conditions. In a dry reaction flask, 2-azabicyclic [2.2.1] hept-5-ene-3-one was mixed with Boc2O anhydride, then tetrahydrofuran was added to the reaction system as the reaction solvent. Triethylamine is then added to the reaction system as a base. The resulting reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature overnight, and after the reaction is finished, the reaction mixture is concentrated under vacuum to obtain the target product molecules.
