Clinical and animal experiments have shown that Vonoprazan acts faster than PPI or H2 blockers, has a stronger effect on increasing pH, can rapidly relieve digestive tract symptoms, and restore enzyme activity after digestion. Few adverse reactions, several clinical trials have confirmed that Onorazan has a significant therapeutic effect on erosive esophagitis, prevention and treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, and eradication of Helicobacter pylori as a first-line treatment, the efficacy is higher than lansoprazole, and the adverse reactions are small. 2, Vonorazan has high lipophilicity, high dissociation constant Chemicalbook, and does not require acid activation to take effect in an acidic environment.
