1600 is a multifunctional self-emulsifying ester that combines synthetic ester base oil and emulsifying properties.
It offers lubrication and emulsification characteristics, providing stability in hard water. In fully synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, it provides excellent lubrication.
It allows metalworking fluids to exhibit low foam, no soap formation, and no odor during processing.
It is non-corrosive to non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum and magnesium alloys.
1. Provides excellent lubrication, anti-rust, and cleaning effects on the surfaces of metal processing components. Effectvely reduces occurrences of tool and chip adhesion, improves product smoothness, and reduces wear on processing components. Highly suitable for non-ferrous metal processing components with strong hard water resistance.
