It has anti-enterobacter and anti-haemophilus influenzae activities. It is mainly used for the treatment of sensitive bacteria infection and the prevention of surgical infection, especially for the treatment of infection caused by sensitive bacteria such as Gram-positive bacteria and some Gram-positive bacteria Due to the characteristics of wide antibacterial spectrum, enzyme resistance, long half-life and good safety, it has a good application prospect. It is a broad spectrum long-acting cephalosporin antibiotic developed by British GlaxoSmithKline Company. It was first listed in the United States in 1984, and then successively listed in Belgium, Spain and other countries. This product has antibacterial effect on gram-negative and positive bacteria and some anaerobic bacteria, stable to most β-lactamases, clinically suitable for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, sepsis, skin soft tissue infection, bone and joint infection caused by sensitive bacteria, and can also be used for surgical prevention of infection.
【 Pharmacological action 】 This product is the second generation cephalosporin for intravenous or intramuscular injection. The antibacterial spectrum of this product against gram-negative bacilli is wider than that of the first generation of cephalosporin, and it has good antibacterial activity similar to cefmondol against Escherichia coli, Pneumococcus, Proteus mirabilis, Citrobacter, Provencia and Enterobacter, but its activity against indocole positive Proteus, Morganella, Provencia and some Klebsiella is lower than that of cefoxitin. Gonococci, including β-lactamase producing strains, showed satisfactory activity against influenzae. As with other second-generation cephalosporins, Pseudomonas, Serratia and Acinetobacter are resistant to this product. This product is effective against most gram-positive cocci. The activity against golden grape is similar to cefoxitin and ceforete, but lower than that of cefmondol, cefalothiophene and cefazolin. Most streptococci, including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes and B streptococcus, are sensitive to this product. Staphylococcus epidermidis is more resistant to this product. Methicillin-resistant strains of Streptococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were resistant to this product. The activity of this product against anaerobic bacteria has not been well studied, and Bacteroides fragilis is resistant to this product. The minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of this product was significantly higher than the minimum bactericidal concentration (MIC) of this product against golden grape, B streptococcus and Escherichia coli. This product is very stable to type I beta-lactamase, but can be slowly hydrolyzed by type Ⅲa, type Ⅲb and type V beta-lactamase, while only type IV beta-lactamase is sensitive.
