It is mainly used for candida albicans infection of skin mucosa, mouth, intestine and vagina, and has bactericidal effect in high concentration
Use 2
Nystatin is a polyene antifungal antibiotic with powerful pro-inflammatory properties. It has many applications, such as preventing cell culture contamination and inducing interleukin (IL) -, IL-8, TLR2 expression of ThP1-secreted cell tumor necrosis factor-α. It is used as a fungal membrane (ergosterol binding) pore-making agent and to create nystatin/p-ergosterol ion channels in the lipid bilayer.

The bacterial spectrum and antibacterial mechanism are similar to amphotericin B, which is mainly used for candida albicans infection of skin mucous membrane, mouth and vagina.
Use 4
Yellow or yellowish brown powder, with special odor and moisture-inducing properties. Slightly soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, insoluble in acetone, ether and chloroform. It is unstable to air, light, heat, water, acid or alkali. Antifungal antibiotics.
