What is Sodium Dehydroacetate/Dehydroacetic Acid Sodium ?

Sodium dehydroacetate is a new generation of food preservatives after sodium benzoate, paraben and potassium sorbate. It has a good inhibitory effect on molds, yeasts and bacteria.
