Disodium hydrogen citrate, also known as disodium citrate, is an acid salt of citric acid that can be used in food processing as an antioxidant and can also enhance the effects of other antioxidants. It can also be used as an acidity regulator and chelating agent, and is found in common products including gelatin, jam, candy, carbonated beverages, wine, and processed cheese.

For powders: normal is 25kgs/Drum or bag, or larger/smaller package as request.

For liquids: normal 25kgs/drum, 180-300kgs/bucket, or IBC, determined by the nature of the product.
