It is mainly produced in Guizhou, followed by Yunnan, and also distributed in Henan, Daliang Mountain in Sichuan, western Hubei and other regions. Rosa roxburghii is rich in various nutrients, especially its vitamin C content is surprisingly high. Dried fruit of Rosa roxburghii is made by sun drying or drying fresh fruit of Rosa roxburghii.
