APPLICATION&FUNCTION
T-20
1. Easily soluble in water, ethanol and other solvents, insoluble in moving, mineral oil, with emulsification, diffusion, solubilization, stability and other properties.
2. This product is harmless to human body, no irritation, mainly used in the food industry for cake, ice cream, shortening and other production.
3.In other respects, it can be used as emulsifier for mineral oil, solvent for dyes, emulsifier for cosmetics, stabilizer for foamed plastics, emulsifier, dispersant and stabilizer for pharmaceutical products, as well as auxiliaries for photo emulsion.
T-40
1. Soluble in water, ethanol and other solvents, insoluble in moving, mineral oil, used as o/w emulsifier, solvents, stabilizer, diffuser, antistatic agent, lubricant.
T-60
1. Easily soluble in water, ethanol and other solvents, insoluble in moving, mineral oil, has excellent emulsifying properties, both wetting, foaming, diffusion and other functions.
2. Used as o/w emulsifier, dispersant, stabilizer, food, medicine, cosmetics, water-borne coatings.
3. Used as softener and antistatic agent in textile industry, it is a softener for spinning finishes and after-processing of polyacrylonitrile fiber, which can eliminate static electricity, improve its softness and give fiber good dyeing performance.
T-80
1. Easily soluble in water, ethanol, not soluble in mineral oil. Used as emulsifier, dispersant, wetting agent, solvent, stabilizer, used in medicine, cosmetics, food and other industries.
2. Used as a stabilizer and foaming aid in the production of polyurethane foam plastics; used as an antistatic agent in synthetic fibers and an intermediate of chemical fiber oils; used as a wetting agent and dispersant in film films of photosensitive materials; used as an emulsifying silicone oil in the waterproof process of fabrics, it has good effect and is also used in nylon and viscose curtains. As an oil and water soluble emulsifier .It is oftenapplied together with S-80.
