(1) NP-4: It is a water-in-oil emulsifier with good emulsifying properties. It is suitable for textile, pesticide and other industries. It is also used as an accelerator for some organic synthesis. It can also be used as a raw material for dry cleaning agents.
(2) NP-7: It is used as an emulsifier in general industry. It is used as a cleaning agent in textile and metal processing industries. It is used as an emulsifier and soaping agent for dyeing polyacrylonitrile before dyeing, and can be used as a leveling agent for cationic dyes.
(3) NP-10: widely used in textile, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, pesticide, rubber, paint, paper, leather and other industries, mainly used as emulsifier and detergent.
(4) NP-15: It can be used as an emulsifier and a solubilizer. Used as a detergent in the metal, machinery, textile and other industries, as a wetting agent, penetrant and emulsifier for the flotation agent and investment casting in the mining industry, which can greatly reduce the surface ability of the hardener in the modifier. It can accelerate the hardening reaction, and can also be used as an additive for treating steel plate solutions with good corrosion resistance and coating adhesion. It is used as an emulsifier, solubilizer, anti-wax agent, etc. in oil fields, and as an emulsifier in cosmetics and papermaking industries.
(5) NP-40: widely used in various industries, as a dispersant, solubilizer, wetting agent, emulsifier, detergent, penetrant.
APPLICATION&FUNCTION
Properties:
It is a kind of cationic surfactant, belonging to nonoxidizing boicide. It can efficiently withhold algae propagation and sludge reproduction. Benzalkonium Chloride also has dispersing and penetrating properties, can penetrate and remove sludge and algae, has advantages of low toxicity, no toxicity accumulation, soluble in water, convenient in use, unaffected by water hardness. Benzalkonium Chloride can be also used as anti-mildew agent, antistatic agent, emulsifying agent and amendment agent in woven and dyeing fields.
Usage:
As nonoxidizing boicide, dosage of 50-100mg/L is preferred; as sludge remover, 200-300mg/L is preferred, adequate organosilyl antifoaming agent should be added for this purpose. This product can be used together with other fungicidal such as isothiazolinones, glutaraldegyde, dithionitrile methane for synergism, but cannot be used together with chlorophenols. If sewage is appeared after thrown of this product in circulating cool water, the sewage should be filtered or blown off in time to prevent their deposit in bottom of collecting tank after froth disappearance.
No blending with anion surfactant.
