INTRODUCTION:

2-Ethylhexyl glycidyl ether (XY746) is Colorless transparent liquid with no irritating odor,chemimcal formula is C8H17OCH2 (CHCH2)O and CAS No.:2461-15- 6.The molecule contains ether bonds and epoxy groups, making it a monofunctional diluent used to reduce the viscosity of resin systems. It participates in reactions during curing, forming a homogeneous system with good dilution effect, good wettability and low volatility. It is one of the ideal active diluents for epoxy resins.

Used for flooring, electronic sealing, and wet impregnation layers. Good dilution effect and good wettability, used to reduce resin viscosity and improve flexibility; Used for casting and winding electrical products to improve mechanical performance; Also used as a paint diluent.
