3. Chemiluminescence characteristics

4. Main purpose

In the field of forensic science, it can be used to detect blood at crime scenes that cannot be observed by the naked eye, showing extremely small amounts of bloodstain morphology. Even blood stains that have been wiped or left for a long time can be detected, and the luminescence efficiency is higher than that of luminol. In some cases, the detection effect is better.

In the field of biology, it is used to detect the presence of copper, iron, and cyanide in cells. In addition, its derivatives can also be used to label carboxylic acids and ammonia compounds for chemiluminescence detection.

In the field of clinical diagnosis, as a chemiluminescence reagent, it can directly label antigens and antibodies, trigger chemiluminescence reactions through immune reactions for detection, and determine the concentration of disease markers based on changes in luminescence intensity and peak values, providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
