Cyclohexyldimethoxy-methylsilane is a colorless to light yellow liquid. It has low surface tension and viscosity, and has good wettability and plasticity. It is stable at room temperature, insoluble in water, and soluble in many organic solvents.

Cyclohexyldimethoxy-methylsilane is commonly used as a surfactant and plasticizer. It can be widely used in polymers, adhesives, coatings, printing inks and other fields to improve the adhesion, wettability and wear resistance of products. It can also be used to prepare coating agents, optical films and electronic materials.
